Our rate is

$125/hour

+ HST for all requests.

A minimum of

15 minutes

is always billed for to cover our overhead costs. If the request is expected to take more than 1 hour we will obtain your approval before proceeding.

Within

3 business days.

your request will be complete, unless it is a complex or lengthy request, in which case we will contact you to inform you we need more time.

Website not built by Sryde or not hosted by Sryde?

If your website was not built by us in recent time, or if it is hosted on a third party server, we will gladly do our best to fulfill your request in the most efficient way we can, but please note there may be unforeseen issues due to us dealing with an unfamiliar / problematic / unmaintained website, or an unfamiliar server/hosting setup.  We will notify you as early as possible if we begin to realize that the time we need to spend to fulfill your request may need to be higher than reasonably expected.
