Whether you will be charged depends both on the nature of the request and the Hosting & Maintenance plan you subscribe to with us (if any). Select the plan you subscribe to below for more information.
Our basic Host plan includes hosting your website only. It does not include requested additions/changes to the website content or functionality, nor does it include the correction of unforeseen errors on the website over time due to evolving technology. The only requests that are included are as follows:
Our Host + Protect plan is designed to cover most unforeseen functionality and display issues that can appear on your website over time as technologies evolve. It does not include requests for new additions/changes to website functionality or content. The following requests are included in this plan:
Our Host + Protect + Improve plan is designed to cover most unforeseen functionality and display issues that can appear on your website over time, and small requests to add/change content to its functionality on your website. Requests that are included in this plan are as follows:
If we don’t host your website, you will be charged for any request, regardless of whether we created your website or not. To be clear, you will be charged regardless of if the request is to add or change functionality or content on the website, to repair unforeseen errors, to investigate and repair issues stemming from your hosting that you need investigated, or any other request.
Please note that we are always trying to add to the information we have available for our clients. Please check back here in the future for even more answered questions.
That varies mostly based on how many hours the requests takes us to perform. Although not guaranteed, we complete most requests that take us 1 hour or less in 1 business day. Requests that take us 1-4 hours are normally completed in 2 business days. For requests that take us longer than 4 hours to complete, the turnaround time will vary; you can request an estimated completion date from us if your request is time sensitive.
Our developers and specialists work from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time excluding statutory holidays. We answer our phones and emails and work on support requests during those times.
If we didn't build your website, we will likely still be able to make changes to it as long as you can provide us with administrative access to it, and as long as it is built on the WordPress content management system as that is the platform we are experts in (if you don't know if your website is a WordPress site, just ask us—we'll be able to determine that quickly).
