Social Media Plan Q&A's
Is the number of monthly views stated in each plan guaranteed?
Unfortunately not. Although we will always give our best efforts to achieve those numbers, there are some reasons beyond our control that prevent us from providing a guarantee (for instance, it is possible that your industry or geographical service area doesn't have a large enough relevant audience to exhaust your budget, or perhaps your competitors' efforts and budget are so strong they have caused the cost of showcasing your ad to be unusually high). If we detect a situation like these, we'll discuss potential solutions with you.
Do you only work with Facebook & Instagram?
We have designed our monthly plans around Facebook and Instagram because those platforms offer the right tools for us to "unlock" the business relevance in them. Their elaborate and agile advertising platform allows us to better target your audience and reach the right people for your brand. We also offer advertising services on LinkedIn, however we do not offer formal plans for that platform due to the custom nature of its offerings and pricing. Please reach out to us if you are interested in having us advertise your business on LinkedIn.
Can you just create my social posts without advertising/boosting them?
We can just create and manage your organic posts and social presence for Facebook and Instagram with out advertising if you like, yes (reach out to us if you are interested in this). However, we almost never recommend doing this for any business. Social media has become a "pay to play" arena for businesses, and to achieve any significant value or objective, it must be coupled with a fairly significant advertising/boosting budget, which is why our plans are structured with these budgets included.
What is your Cancellation and Refund policy for these plans?
Regarding cancellations: All of our Social Media plans have a minimum 3 month commitment so you cannot cancel within the first 3 months. After month 3, you can cancel anytime by providing us with written or emailed cancellation notice at least 30 days before your next billing date. Please note that cancelling your plan early will not entitle you to a refund for the remainder of the term already paid for. Regarding refunds: We are not able to offer refunds on these plans for any reason.
When am I billed and what payment methods do you accept?
For these plans, our management fees must be paid monthly on the first of each month via pre-authorized credit card automatic charges (we will need to keep your credit card on file and charge it each month). Your ad payments to Facebook/Instagram (also known as Meta) will also need to be done by pre-authorized credit card directly to them. Meta will charge you on days they deem appropriate based on their policies and your spend/budget.
