1. Services

Sryde Digital Marketing Inc. offers website creation, website hosting & maintenance, Google Ads management, search engine optimization, social media marketing, and related services to clients. All services are subject to the scope agreed upon in a reciprocated email communication thread, written proposal or service agreement.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Interfere with the security or functionality of our website

• Use our content without permission

3. Client Responsibilities

Unless otherwise specified and agreed upon in email communications or signed agreements, Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information for projects

• Approve deliverables and provide feedback promptly

• Pay agreed-upon fees in a timely manner

Failure to meet these obligations may delay project delivery or result in suspension of services.

4. Payment & Refunds

Payment terms are outlined in each individual project agreement or invoice. In general:

• Payments, including monthly and yearly payments for recurring services, are non-refundable

• Final payments are due upon completion of the project or as specified

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Clients retain ownership of their content and branding

• Sryde Digital Marketing Inc. retains rights to custom code and frameworks developed internally

• Final designs and websites become the property of the client only upon full payment

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or data

• Downtime, bugs, or performance issues due to third-party services

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid to us for the specific service in question.

7. Third-Party Tools & Services

We may use or recommend third-party tools (e.g., Google Ads, WordPress, plugins). We are not responsible for the functionality, security, or terms of these tools and services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted here, and your continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
